Návrh přímočarého hydraulického motoru

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje návrh přímočarého hydraulického motoru, sloužícího v lisu na armování koncovek hydraulických hadic. Tento hydromotor má mít výtlačnou sílu 550 kN a pracovat s tlakem média 70 MPa. Zdvih hydromotoru bude 25 mm. Jedná se o jednočinný hydraulický válec, kdy vratný pohyb je zajišťován pružinou. Vnitřní průměr válce bude 100 mm a průměr pístnice bude 65 mm.

This bachelor thesis describes design of linear hydraulic motor, used in press for reinforcement of ends of hydraulic hoses. This hydromotor will have discharge force of 550 kN and will be working with media pressure of 70 MPa. Stroke of hydraulic motor will be 25 mm. It will be single acting hydraulic cylinder with spring return. Inner diameter of the cylinder will be 100 mm and diameter of the piston rod will be 65 mm.
