Zefektivnění broušení tlačných pružin v prostředí firmy ŽDB GROUP a.s.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat současný stav broušení tlačných pružin v brusírně firmy ŽDB GROUP a.s. a navrhnout nový způsob broušení, který bude kvalitnější a ekonomičtější. Teoretická část práce dává vhled do samotného broušení a charakteristiky brusiv a brusných nástrojů. Praktická část se zabývá popisem současného stavu na brusírně, novým návrhem, výsledky a zhodnocením výsledků práce.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to chart current situation of grinding of spring compressors in the grinding working of ŽDB GROUP a.s. and propose a new way of grinding, which be more quality and more economic. The teoretical part gives insight to itself grinding and attributes of abrasives and grinding tools. The practical part deals with description of current situation in the grinding working, new plan, results and appraisal of results.
