Finanční rezervy v horním právu České republiky

Abstract

V diplomové práci je provedena analýza platné právní úpravy tvorby finančních rezerv podle předpisů horního práva v České republice. Práce se dále zabývá riziky, která pro tvorbu finančních rezerv vyplývají z právního prostředí České republiky. Cílem práce je identifikovat vnější nejrizikovější faktory působící na již vytvořené finanční rezervy a navrhnout způsob snížení míry takových rizik.

In the diploma thesis there is an analysis of valid legal regulation of financial reserves according to the regulations of mining law in the Czech Republic. The thesis also focuses on the risks arising for financial reserves from the legal environment of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify the outermost risk factors affecting existing financial reserves and to propose a way of reducing its level.
