Dopady útlumů těžby hnědého uhlí na Ústecký kraj

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku dopadů útlumu těžby hnědého uhlí v Ústeckém kraji a možné řešení. Teoretická část popisuje příčiny útlumu těžby včetně její historie, legislativních ukotvení či srovnání obdobné situace v Německu a Velké Británii. Nastíněním možného řešení útlumu těžby hnědého uhlí je realizace Strategie hospodářské restrukturalizace Ústeckého, Moravskoslezského a Karlovarského kraje. Tato strategie je však velmi rozsáhlá, tudíž pro ilustraci procesu jsou vybrána dvě opatření z oblasti životního prostředí a vědy a výzkumu, která pomáhají řešit nastalou situaci spojenou s útlumem těžby. V praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření mezi širokou veřejností a formulace návrhů doporučení řešení a jejich procesu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of the impacts of the brown coal mining downturn in the Usti Region and their possible solutions. The theoretical part describes the causes of the downturn including its history, legislative background and comparison of similar situation in Germany and Great Britain. The outline of a possible solution to the brown coal mining downturn is the implementation of the so-called Economic Restructuring Strategy of the Ústí, Moravian-Silesian and Karlovy Vary Regions. However, this strategy is very extensive, so two measures in the field of environment and science and research helping to address the current downturn are selected to illustrate the restructuring process. In the practical part there is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey among the general public and the formulation of proposals for recommendations and their implementation.
