Strategická analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti NH-TRANS, SE, která se řadí mezi přední vnitrostátní a mezinárodní zasílatele. Analýza společnosti je založena na metodě PEST a dotazníkovém šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. Dotazník byl rozdělen na část týkající se oborového okolí za využití Porterova modelu pěti sil a na část zabývající se tržní atraktivitou a konkurenčním postavením společnosti na trhu za pomoci matice General Electric. Výsledky analýz se staly základem k definování současné pozice podniku na trhu a zároveň podkladem k prognóze změn dopravního trhu v desetiletém horizontu.

The thesis deals with the stategic analysis of NH-TRANS, SE company that ranks among the most significant providers of freight forwarding services in the Czech Republic and abroad. The company's analysis is based on the PEST method and the survey among the company's employees. The survey was subdivided into two sections. The first section is concerning current business environment using the Porter Method of Five Forces. The second part is dealing with the market attractiveness and competitive position of the company on the market using the General Electric matrix. The results of the analyzes became the basis for defining the current position of the company in the market and also the basis for the forecast of changes in the transport market at the ten-year horizon.
