Abstract

VODIČKOVÁ, Kateřina. Zapojení jednotek požární ochrany v oblasti přednemocniční péče. [Bakalářská práce], Ostrava: VŠB – Technická Univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2020, 55 s.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením aktuální fáze zapojení jednotek požární ochrany v oblasti přednemocniční péče formou plánované první pomoci na vyžádání, která vychází z Memoranda o zapojení jednotek PO. V úvodní části práce je shrnut vývoj první pomoci v hasičských sborech, následně teoretická část řeší podmínky stanovené memorandem a popis vybraných složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Samotná praktická část se zabývá dostupností a vytížeností zdravotnické záchranné služby. Následně práce navazuje analýzou aktuálního stavu zapojení jednotek požární ochrany v oblasti přednemocniční péče ve vybraných krajích. V závěru na tento text navazuje zhodnocení aktuální fáze a posléze návrhy řešení, která mohou být implementována pro sjednocení postupů v rámci plánované první pomoci na vyžádání.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current phase of the involvement of fire protection units in the field of pre-hospital care in the form of planned first aid on request, which is based on the Memorandum on the Involvement of firefighters. In the initial part of the thesis the development of first aid in the fire brigades is summarized, the theoretical part deals with the conditions laid down by the memorandum and a description of the selected components of the integrated rescue system. The practical part itself deals with the availability and workload of the medical emergency service. Next part of the work is followed by an analysis of the current state of engagement of fire protection units in the area of pre-hospital care in selected regions. Finally, this text is followed by an evaluation of the current phase and then proposals for solutions to unify the procedures under the planned first aid on demand can be implemented.
