Vrtuľníková technika používaná Hasičským a Záchranným Zborom Slovenskej republiky

Abstract

Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá využitím vrtuľníkovej techniky v podmienkach HaZZ a záchranných zložiek IZS. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do šiestich samostatných kapitol, ktoré popisujú uvedenie do problematiky s podrobnejším opisom vrtuľníkovej techniky a modulov leteckého a pozemného hasenia. V ďalších kapitolách je porovnaná situácia a materiálne vybavenie na Slovensku so stavom v Českej republike a Rakúsku. V ďalšej časti porovnávame materiálno-technické vybavenie HaZZ v porovnaní so súkromnou spoločnosťou pôsobiacou na Slovensku. Piata kapitola opisuje výcvik členov HaZZ s inštruktorom zo spoločnosti Air Rescue Systems. Na záver v práci odporúčame dovybavenie HaZZ vecnými prostriedkami, ktoré budú používané pri súčinnosti s vrtuľníkmi a odporúčania týkajúce sa výcvikov v spolupráci so zahraničnými záchrannými zložkami.

This master thesis deals with use of helicopter’s in the conditions of HaZZ and rescue units of IZS. The master thesis is divided for six parts, which describes introduction to the issues with more details description helicopter’s, the Aerial forest firefighting with helicopter’s module and the Ground forest firefighting with vehicle’s module. In the following parts compare the situation and equipment in Slovakia with the situation in the Czech Republic and Austria. In the next part we compare equipment of HaZZ with a private company operating in Slovakia. The fifth part describes the training of HaZZ members with the instructor from Air Rescue Systems. In conclusion we recommend proposals for the purchase and deployment of firefighting aircraft, retrofitting HaZZ equipment that will be used in cooperation with helicopter’s and recommendations on training in cooperation with foreign emergency services.
