Diagnostika výrobních vad rotorové klece asynchronního elektromotoru.

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na zjišťování výrobních vad klece asynchronního motoru, které vznikají v rotorových tyčích při odlevu. Zkoumá metodiku pro diagnostikování těchto vad ve fázi výroby před nalisováním hřídele, bez nutnosti mechanického narušení rotoru.

This work is focused on the detection of production defects of the asynchronous motor cage, which arise in the rotor rods during casting. It examines the methodology for diagnosing these processes in production before pressing the shaft, without mechanical destruction of the rotor.
