Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává problematiku review procesu v komerčním prostředí a jeho softwarovou podporu. Práce se skládá ze tří částí, kdy první část poskytuje teoretické informace o řešené problematice a popisuje základní druhy review. Ve druhé části jsou shrnuty nejzásadnější technologie, které byly při implementaci softwaru využity. Třetí část se zabývá praktickým řešením bakalářské praxe. Tato část se soustředí především na oblast systému, ve které je řešena customizace review formuláře, jeho vyplňování a přístup uživatelů k ní. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit software, který bude sloužit jako podpora pro review proces tak, aby byl uživatelský přívětivý a obsahoval vyžadované funckionality.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of reviewing in commercial sector and its software support. Thesis consists of three parts, where the first part provides theoretical information about reviews and description of basic review types. The second part summarizes the most important technologies, which have been used during the implementation. The third part shows the practical solution of bachelor practice. This part focuses on the review form customization, its completion and users rights to use these forms. The aim of this thesis is to create user friendly and properly working system.
