Zefektivnění interního KANBAN systému v halách montáží

Abstract

Diplomová práce je řešena na téma „Zefektivní interního KANBAN systému v halách montáží“ Cílem této práce je provést analýzu současného stavu užívání interního Kanban systému ve společnosti STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o. a navrhnout jeho zefektivnění. V teoretické části se diplomová práce zabývá teoretickým vymezením Kanban systému a logistiky, interní logistiky a metodami štíhlé logistiky, které podporují interní logistiku. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu interního Kanban systému, používané prostředky pro Kanban, jako je typ Kanbanu, manipulační technika, skaldové systémy, toky materiálů, layout pracovišť a prostředky pro vyhodnocování v podmínkách společnosti STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of use of the internal Kanban system in the company STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o. and suggest its streamlining. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical definition of the KANABN system and logistics, internal logistics and lean logistics methods that support internal logistics. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of the internal KANBAN system, the means used for KANBAN, such as the KANABN type, handling equipment, storage systems, material flows, workplace layout and evaluation tools in the conditions of STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o..
