Implementace normy IATF 16 949 v hutním podniku.

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je implementace normy pro systém managementu kvality v automobilovém průmyslu IATF 16949:2016 v hutním podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány systémy managementu kvality, pojmy a metody managementu kvality související s danou problematikou a normy systémů managementu kvality ISO 9001:2015 a IATF 16949:2016. V praktické části je představena hutní společnost, ve které je norma IATF 16949:2016 implementována, a plán její implementace. Dále je vypracována hlavní část této práce, návrh a realizace některých požadavků normy IATF 16949:2015 v provozu středojemné válcovací tratě.

The main object of this work is the implementation of the standard for quality management system in the automotive industry IATF 16949: 2016 in a metallurgical company. The theoretical part describes the quality management systems, concepts and methods of quality management related to the issue, and the standards of quality management systems ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016. The practical part presents the metallurgical company in which the IATF 16949: 2016 standard is implemented and the plan for its implementation. It is also prepared a major part of this work, the design and implementation of some requirements of IATF 16949: 2015 in the medium and fine section mill.
