Vyhodnocení investičního záměru na využití odpadního tepla

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Vyhodnocení investičního záměru na využití odpadního tepla“, je provedení vyhodnocení efektivity vybrané investice ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do dvou částí a to teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá představením společnosti a popsáním metod investičního rozhodování. V praktické části vybrané metody hodnocení investičních projektů jsou aplikovány na konkrétní investiční projekt. Součástí vyhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru je shrnutí ekonomických ukazatelů, doporučení a poznatků důležitých pro realizaci plánované investice.

The subject of the diploma thesis "Evaluation of the investment plan for the use of waste heat" is to evaluate the effectiveness of the selected investment in the company VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the introduction of the company and the description of investment decision-making methods. In the practical part, selected methods of evaluation of investment projects are applied to a specific investment project. Part of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment plan is a summary of economic indicators, recommendations and knowledge important for the implementation of the planned investment.
