Predmetom riešenia bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie objemovej štúdie bývania pre seniorov v meste Liptovský Hrádok. Návrh je vypracovaný v dvoch variantách, s detailným riešením jednej z nich. Varianty sa líšia dispozičným riešením a odlišným spracovaním vonkajších priestorov. Okrem samostatného návrhu objektov bude bakalárska práca riešiť návrh dopravnej a technickej infraštruktúry. Stavba bude rešpektovať zásady bezbariérového užívania stavieb pre osoby s obmedzenou schopnosťou pohybu. Záverom bakalárskej práce je ekonomické zhodnotenie stavby.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a volumetric study of housing for seniors in Liptovský Hrádok. The design is developed in two variants, one of them is developed in detail. Variants differ in layout and different development of exterior spaces. In addition to the design of buildings, the bachelor's thesis deals with the design of transport and technical infrastructure. The building follows the principles of barrier-free accessibility for people with impaired mobility. In conclusion, Bachelor’s thesis states the economic evaluation of the building.
