Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je navrhnout administrativní budovu Úřadu městské části Bratislava-Dúbravka resp. radnici městské části Bratislava-Dúbravka. Objekt má být součástí komplexu polyfunkčních objektů – Okresní soud Bratislava IV, pošta atd., který by zkompletoval dnešní nesourodé tzv. „Velké centrum“. Lokalita je vymezená ulicemi Saratovská a Trhová ve směru východ-západ a objekty DK Dúbravka a polyfunkčního domu s prodejnou BILLA ve směru sever-jih. V diplomové práci bude rovněž řešený veřejný prostor a jeho propojení na platformy před výše uvedeným kulturním domem a supermarketem BILLA, a taktéž propojení na západní část centra, kde bude navržena nová urbanistická struktura polyfunkčních objektů.

The subject of the thesis is to design the administrative building of the Municipal District of Bratislava-Dúbravka or more precisely City Hall of Bratislava-Dúbravka. The building is to be part of a complex of multifunctional buildings – District Court Bratislava IV, post office etc., which would complement and ameliorate the current heterogeneous “Great Center” as it is called. The site is delimited by the streets Saratovská and Trhová in the east-west direction and by the buildings of the House of Culture Dúbravka and of the multifunctional building with the BILLA supermarket in the north-south direction. The thesis will also deal with public space and its connection to the platforms in front of the above-mentioned cultural centre and BILLA supermarket, as well as the connection to the western part of the centre, where a new urban structure of multifunctional buildings will be designed.
