Návrh vinařství v areálu zámku Kačina

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh vinařství v malebném prostředí zámeckého areálu Kačina. Nově vzniklé vinařství na vinohradu U Borku s jihozápadní dispozicí má za cíl nejen obnovit původní historickou stopu dřevěného pavilonu, ale také podpořit jedno z původních řemesel kulturně-hospodářského areálu. Idea návrhu vinařství spolu s viničním altánem spojuje umění řemesla a relaxace. Myšlenka řemesla má představovat nejen klasický proces pěstování vína ale i možnost se na výrobě relaxačně podílet. Idea relaxace má zahrnovat i nové prostory vinařství pro degustaci samotného nápoje uzrálého v dubových sudech, spolu s výhledy do krajiny Novodvorska.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a winery in the picturesque surroundings of the castle complex Kačina. The newly established winery in the vineyard U Borku with its south-western layout aims not only to restore the original historical footprint of the wooden pavilion, but also to support one of the original crafts of the cultural-economic area. The idea of ​​designing a winery together with a vineyard gazebo combines the art of craft and relaxation. The idea of ​​the craft is to represent not only the classic wine growing process but also the opportunity to participate in the production of relaxation. The idea of ​​relaxation is to include the new winery premises for tasting the drink itself in oak barrels, along with views of the Novodvorsko landscape
