Technologický postup pro provádění hrubé stavby bytového domu v Třinci

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je především návrh technologického postupu hrubé stavby bytového domu. Cílem technologického postupu je podrobně popsat jednotlivé kroky procesu výstavby hrubé stavby jednoho podlaží v rámci třípodlažního nepodsklepeného bytového domu z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. V technologickém postupu je popsán přesný postup realizace svislých a vodorovných konstrukcí a také složení pracovní čety, použitý materiál, stroje, nářadí, zásady BOZP a nakládaní s odpady. Dalším úkolem bylo zhotovení textové a výkresové části v rozsahu zadání bakalářské práce. Součástí práce je rovněž harmonogram postupu prací a položkový rozpočet pro etapu hrubé stavby vstupního podlaží.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is primarily proposal of technological procedure of rough construction of a residential building. The task of the proposed technological procedure is to describe in detail the individual steps of the construction process of Crude Buildings of one storey within the three-storey non-basement residential building from the construction system Porotherm. The technological procedure describes in particular the exact process of realization of vertical and horizontal construction and also the composition of the work crew, used material, machines, tools, principles of OSH and waste management. Another task was to make a text parts and drawing parts in the scope of the bachelor´s thesis. The thesis also includes a schedule of work progress and itemized budget for the stage of the rough construction of the entrance floor.
