Logistika provozu zápustkové kovárny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá logistikou a skladování výrobků ve společnosti OSTROJ a.s., konkrétně v divizi Kovárna a kalírna. V úvodu práce jsou popsány typy uspořádání strojů, co je logistika a jaké jsou hlavní typy skladů. V dalších kapitolách se již zabývám analýzou výroby v podniku, systémem skladování a uspořádání pracovišť. V závěru práce jsou nabídnuta dvě řešení v podobě výstavby nové skladovací haly a reorganizace pracoviště. Obě řešení přinesou společnosti nové prostory pro skladování výrobků a také napřímení výroby.

Diploma thesis dealing with logistics and storage of products in company OSTROJ a.s., primarily in the division Forging and Hardening. The introduction describes the types of machine layouts, what is logistics, and what are the main types of warehouse. In the next chapter I deal with the analysis of production in the company, the storage system and arrangement of workplaces. At the end of the work,I offered two sollutions. In the form of construction of a new storage hall and reorganization of the workplace. Both solutions will bring the company new spaces for product storage and also straightening og production.
