Svařování tenkostěnných trubek v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií výroby tenkostěnných trubek v automobilové průmyslu. V úvodu je popsaná současná metoda výroby tenkostěnných trubek v automobilovém průmyslu. Dále se práce zabývá studiem způsobů indukčního ohřevu při svařování a tepelném zpracování trubek, návrhu a provedení svarových spojů tenkostěnných trubek. V poslední části práce jsou vyhotoveny zkoušky svarových spojů a vyhodnoceny výsledky. Zhodnocení a celkové výsledky jsou uvedeny v závěru bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with current method of the production of thin-welled tubes in the automotive industry. Further it studies the methods of the induction heating during welding and heat treatment tubes as well as designs and the execution of welded joints of thin-walled tubes. The last part of the work contains the tests of welded joints and their results. The final evaluation and overal results are listed at the end of the thesis.
