Výskyt invazní hvězdnice kopinaté (Symphyotrichum lanceolatum) na svazích odvalu Ema

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je studium invazní rostliny hvězdnice kopinaté Symphyotrichum lanceolatum, která byla pozorována na svazích odvalu Ema na území města Ostravy. První teoretická část odkazuje na charakteristiku zájmového území. Vznik haldy, její popis a také přírodní poměry. V práci je důsledně zmíněna problematika zabývající se invazními druhy na území České republiky. Po úvodu do této problematiky je práce zaměřena na popis konkrétního invazního druhu – hvězdnice kopinaté (Symphyotrichum lanceolatum). Druhá metodická část se zaměřuje na metodiku zpracování dat z terénních praktik a z laboratoří. Je zde práce s laboratorními pomůckami a také aplikací excel. Popsány jsou také postupy pro zpracování vzorků, které byly odebrány v terénu a výsledky půdní semenné banky z odběrů na odvalu.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the study of invasive plant daisy lanceolate Symphyotrichum lanceolatum that was observed on the slopes of the dump Ema at the area of Ostrava city. The first theoretical part refers to the characteristics of the area of interest. The origin of the heap, its description and also natural conditions. The problematics of the invasive species in territory of the Czech republic is consistently mentioned in this thesis. After the introduction the thesis is focused on the description of the respective invasive species – aster lanceolate (Symphyotrichum lanceolatum). The second part is focused on methodology of data processing based on field practices and laboratories. Laboratory aids and help of excel tables were used. Procedures for processing samples are described as well as soil seed bank dump of the samples that were taken in the field.
