Návrh generálního technického projektu trhacích prací v lomu Zábřeh-Račice

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na vypracování Generálního technického projektu odstřelu v kamenolomu Zábřeh-Račice. V začátku práce byla řešena problematika geologie a hydrogeologie ložiska, v následující části je seznámení se se současným stavem dobývání a provádění trhacích prací. V druhé polovině je vypracován návrh generálního technického projektu odstřelu, ve kterém jsou uvedeny vhodné výbušniny s výpočty potřebných parametrů pro odstřel, zvolení způsobu odstřelu s výpočty jistoty odstřelu. V bezpečnostně - technologické části jsou uvedeny potřebné činnosti a prostředky pro splnění bezpečnostních podmínek odstřelu. Výsledkem práce je ekonomické - technické zhodnocení uvedených typů výbušnin a způsobů odstřelů s jejich porovnáním z ekonomického hlediska.

In my thesis I focus on the elaboration of the General Technical Project of Blasting in the Zábřeh-Račice quarry. In the beginning of the thesis problems of geology and hydrogeology of the deposit are described. In the second half of the thesis, a draft general technical project of blasting is elaborated, in which suitable explosives with calculations of the required amount for blasting, selection of the method of blasting with calculations of blasting security are listed. The Safety-Technological part lists the necessary activities and means for meeting the safety conditions of the blasting. The result of the diploma thesis is Economic - technical evaluation of the mentioned types of explosives and methods of blasting with their comparison from the economic point of view.
