Návrh a implementace tiskového řešení v podmínkách dané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem práce je návrh a implementace nového tiskového řešení v podmínkách dané společnosti, včetně popisu jednotlivých částí potřebných k provozu celého informačního systému. Jedná se o konsolidovaný robustní produkt s možností řízení veškerého síťového tisku od společnosti YSoft SafeQ. Za pomoci platformy pro tvorbu workflow řešení s ohledem na digitální podnikovou transformaci a firemní infrastrukturu bude navržen tak, aby mohl být dále flexibilní a škálovatelný s ohledem na stávající i budoucí potřeby společnosti a byl také v souladu s legislativní shodou a riziky pojednávajících o zabezpečení dokumentů a opatřeních na ochranu osobních údajů jako je např. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Závěrečnou implementací bude požadováno docílení lepšího managementu tisku, centralizace, zabezpečení, mobility a také udržení nákladové efektivity.

The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a new printing solution in the conditions of the company, including a description of the individual parts needed to operate the entire information system. It is a consolidated, robust product with the ability to manage all network printing from YSoft SafeQ. Using a workflow solution platform for digital business transformation and enterprise infrastructure, it will be designed to be further flexible and scalable to meet current and future needs of the company, and also comply with legislative compliance and document security risks and personal data protection measures such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The final implementation will require better print management, centralization, security, mobility and cost-effectiveness.
