Abstract

V předkládané bakalářské práci je teoreticky popsána problematika tvorby rekultivací a sanací, včetně legislativy upravující jejich průběh. Zároveň je vysvětlena povinnost těžařské firmy vytvářet zákonné finanční rezervy na rekultivace a sanace a způsob její tvorby. Pokud tomu tak opravdu bude, zbývají poslední roky, kdy je možnost vytvořit dostatečně velkou finanční rezervu, která by pokryla veškeré náklady na prováděné rekultivační a sanační činnosti. V případě chybějících financí hrozí reálná možnost, že rekultivační práce nebudou dokončeny a jejich tvorba a financování bude převedena na jiné subjekty, než je těžařská firma.

At the same time, the obligation of the mining company to create legal financial reserves for reclamation and remediation and the method of its creation is explained.
