Geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy v k.ú. Fryčovice

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám vyhotovením geometrického plánu pro vyznačení nové budovy v katastrálním území Fryčovice. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis a obsah katastru nemovitostí včetně jeho historie, všechny potřebné náležitosti o záznamu podrobného měření změn a geometrického plánu. Praktická část obsahuje zaměření a vypracování geometrického plánu v softwarech Geus a Geometr.

In this bachelor thesis I deal with creation of survey sketch for designation of the new building in the cadastral unit Fryčovice. The theoretical part includes a description and content of the real estate cadastre including his history, all necessary documents of documentation of detailed survey of change and survey sketch. The practical part contains of surveying and processing the survey sketch in programs Geus and Geometr.
