Strategická analýza pro vývoj technologií FSOC

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou zaměřenou na technologii FSOC ve firmě Meopta - Optika, s.r.o. V úvodu jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z teorie strategického řízení. Dále je představena firma, její zázemí, oblast zaměření a její vize společně s principem fungování technologie FSOC a proč je pro Meoptu tato technologie další možnou oblastí působení. Jsou provedeny jednotlivé strategické analýzy a průzkum trhu. Na základě jednotlivých strategických analýz se ověřuje, zda je technologie FSOC pro firmu vhodnou investicí a za jakých podmínek. Na závěr bakalářské práce je stanovena strategie integrace technologie s možnými riziky.

This bachelor thesis deals with strategic analyses focused on FSOC technology in Meopta - Optika, s.r.o. In the beginning are explained basic concepts of strategic management theory. Further, the company, its background, focus area and its vision are introduced together with the principle of FSOC technology and why is this technology another possible area of activity for Meopta. Individual strategic analyses and market research are performed, based on individual strategic analyses, it is verified whether FSOC technology is a suitable investment for the company and under what conditions. At the conclusion of the thesis is determined the strategy of integration of technologies with possible risks.
