| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem diplomové práce je vypracovaní projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby administrativní budovy v Karviné. Jedná se o pětipodlažní podsklepený objekt obdélníkového tvaru s kavárnou v posledním nadzemním podlaží. Administrativní část je zastřešená pomocí ploché vegetační střechy a kavárna pomocí ploché střechy s povrchovou úpravou z PVC-P.
Součástí diplomové práce je rovněž tepelně technické posouzení dílčích stavebních konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy dle vyhlášky 264/2020 Sb. a statické posouzení monolitického ŽB schodiště. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this master thesis is to propose construction work realization documentation of an office building in Karviná. It is a five-storey rectangular building with a cellar and a café on the highest floor above ground. The administrative part of the building is sheltered by a green roof and the café is sheltered by a flat roof with PVC-P coating.
Thermal-technical assessment of structural components, building envelope energy label according to decree No 264/2020 Coll., and monolithic reinforced concrete staircase static analysis are also included in this thesis. | en |
