Bytový dům

Abstract

Diplomová práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby bytového domu. Bytový dům je proveden jako samostatně stojící, podsklepený, čtyřpodlažní s pultovou větranou střechou. Obsahem projektové dokumentace je výkresová část zadání diplomové práce a technické zprávy. Dalším částí diplomové práce je tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí a energetický štítek obálky budovy vypracované podle ČSN 73 0540-2[6]. Poslední část diplomové práce se věnuje statickému návrhu a posouzení železobetonového průvlaku.

The diploma thesis contains project documentation for the construction of an Residential building. The apartment building is made as a detached, basement, four-storey with a ventilated countertop roof. The content of the project documentation is the drawing part of the diploma thesis assignment and technical report. Another part of the diploma thesis is the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and the energy label of the building envelope prepared in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2[6]. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the static design and assessment of a reinforced concrete die.
