Tématem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby občanské vybavenosti. Jedná se o budovu základní školy v obci Mistřice. Budova základní školy je třípodlažní, nepodsklepená, jedná se o zděný objekt obdélníkového půdorysu z cihelného konstrukčního systému POROTHERM, který je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou vegetační střechou. Diplomová práce dále obsahuje technickou zprávu, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy a statický výpočet vybraného konstrukčního prvku, v tomto případě schodišťového ramene.

The topic of this thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of civic amenities. It is a primary school building in the village of Mistřice. The building of the primary school is three-storey, without basement, it is a brick building with a rectangular floor plan made of the POROTHERM brick construction system, which is covered with a single-skin flat vegetation roof. The diploma thesis further includes the technical report, the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, the energy label of the building envelope and the static calculation of the selected structural element, in this case the staircase arm.
