Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování stavební části projekčního návrhu bytového domu včetně technické zprávy a statického posudku zvoleného konstrukčního prvku. Obsahem této diplomové práce je textová a výkresová část projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby, statický návrh a posudek železobetonového schodišťového ramene, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí a energetický štítek obálky budovy. Vypracovaná projektová dokumentace vychází ze zadané architektonické studie.

The content of this diploma thesis is a textual and drawing part of the project documentation for execution design, the design and assessment of reinforced concrete staircase construction, thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and the Energy Performance of Buildings.
