Plán postupu fyzické ostrahy zajištění bezpečnosti vybrané akce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bezpečnostní plán taktického postupu soukromé bezpečnostní služby k zajištění bezpečného průběhu finálového dne tenisového turnaje. Teoretická část se zabývá právním rámcem, formami a metodami činností, oprávněními soukromých bezpečnostních služeb a také popisem spolupráce s Policií České republiky a obecní policií. Praktická část shrnuje základní informace o objektu a stav fyzické bezpečnosti multifunkční arény. V práci je proveden proces posouzení rizik s ošetřením rizik a navržením strategie bezpečnostních postupů fyzické ostrahy při konání finálového dne tenisového turnaje včetně spolupráce s dalšími bezpečnostními složkami.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the security plan of the tactical procedure of the private security service to ensure the safe course of the final day of the tennis tournament. The theoretical part deals with the legal framework, forms and methods of activities and the authorization of private security services as well as a description of cooperation with the Police of the Czech Republic and the municipal police. The practical part summarizes the basic information about the object and the state of physical security of the multifunctional arena. The thesis performs the process of risk assessment with risk treatment and the design of a strategy of security procedures of physical security during the final day of a tennis tournament, including cooperation with other security forces.
