Nástupné plochy v intraviláne miest

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou nástupných plôch pre požiarnu techniku. Cieľom tejto práce je zhodnotiť aktuálny stav platnej legislatívy, definovať a analyzovať nedostatky spôsobujúce zníženie efektivity použitia nástupnej plochy a stanoviť návrhy, ktorými sa táto situácia môže zlepšiť. V teoretickej časti sa práca zaoberá analýzou právnych predpisov a kódexu technických predpisov v Českej republike. Práca ďalej porovnáva legislatívu a situáciu v Slovenskej republike. V praktickej časti práca analyzuje faktory ovplyvňujúce funkčnosť nástupných plôch, konfrontuje rozmery nástupných plôch voči rozmerom výškovej hasičskej techniky a stanovuje návrhy, ktorými sa situácia môže zlepšiť.

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of boarding surfaces for firefighting equipment. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current state of current legislation, define and analyze the shortcomings causing a reduction in the efficiency of the use of the boarding area and make proposals that can improve this situation. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of legislation and the code of technical regulations in the Czech Republic. The thesis further compares the legislation and situation in the Slovak Republic. In the practical part, the work analyzes the factors influencing the functionality of the boarding areas, compare with the dimensions of the boarding areas against the dimensions of the high-altitude firefighting equipment and sets out proposals that can improve the situation.
