Využití bezpilotního létajícího prostředku při průzkumu požáru travních a lesních porostů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi nasazení bezpilotního létajícího prostředku při průzkumu lesních porostu ve špatně přístupném terénu a návrh vhodných přídavných zařízení. Práce je rozdělena do pěti samostatných kapitol, kde se vyhodnocují statistická data mimořádných událostí. Hodnotí se finanční náročnost na pořízení bezpilotního leteckého prostředku. Možnost dopravy prostředku na místo události. V dotazníkovém šetřen je zjišťován názor na použití této technologie u HZS ČR a je zde řešena metodika použití bezpilotního leteckého prostředku u jednotek PO. V závěru je provedeno celkové zhodnocení a zjištění poznatků k této problematice.

This work deals with the possibilities of using an unmanned aerial vehicle in the survey of forest stands in poorly accessible terrain and the design of suitable additional equipment. The work is divided into five separate chapters, where statistical data of extraordinary events are evaluated. The financial demands for the acquisition of an unmanned aerial vehicle are assessed. Possibility to transport the vehicle to the place of the event. The questionnaire survey examines the opinion on the use of this technology in the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the methodology of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in fire brigade units is addressed. In conclusion, the overall evaluation findings and knowledge on this issue
