Školení zdravotníků v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje problematice školení středního zdravotnického personálu v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Úvodní část je zaměřena na současný stav zdravotnictví jako součást systému bezpečnosti státu, genezi a připravenost tohoto systému na krizové situace. Následně se práce věnuje vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, systému školení a nácviku jednotlivých oblastí a současné metodologii. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny praktické aspekty školení, nácviků a definovány možné návrhy implementace navrhovaných změn. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení systému školení středního zdravotnického personálu a navržení edukačně vhodné a využitelné progresivní technologie pro nácvik evakuačních situací a postup její implementace do stávajících systémů školení zdravotnických pracovníků.

The introductory part focuses on the current state of health care as part of the state security system, the genesis and preparedness of this system for crisis situations. Subsequently, it is dedicated to the training of medical staff in the field of population protection, the system of training and training of individual areas and current methodology. At the end of the work, the practical aspects of training and training and possible proposals for the implementation of the proposed changes are evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the system of training of middle medical personnel and to design an educationally appropriate and usable progressive technology for the training of evacuation situations and the procedure for its implementation in existing training systems of health professionals.
