Minimální fyzická a dovednostní připravenost zaměstnance soukromé bezpečnostní služby

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit manuál pro výběr vhodného uchazeče o zaměstnání u soukromé bezpečnostní služby, včetně požadavku na minimální fyzické předpoklady uchazeče. Tato práce se dále zabývá osnovou školení minimální dovednostní připravenosti bezpečnostního pracovníka. V teoretické části se popisuje úloha soukromých bezpečnostních služeb včetně jejich portfolia služeb, fyzické bezpečnosti a sebeobrany. V praktické části si na určitém pracovišti pomocí analýzy rizik rozebereme možná nebezpečí a opatření proti nim. Vybraná opatření budou tvořit osnovu vstupního a pravidelného dovednostního školení bezpečnostního pracovníka.

This bachelor's thesis aims to create a manual for selecting the most suitable candidate for a job at a private security company, including the minimal physical requirements on the applicants. The thesis also purports to design a course syllabus for training the security operatives in the essential skill preparedness. The theoretical part describes the role of private security service (including their portfolio of services), of physical security and self-defense. In the practical part we use risk analysis to examine the possible threats at a specific workplace and propose relevant countermeasures. The chosen countermeasures will constitute the syllabus of both the preliminary and periodical training courses for the security operatives.
