Abstract

HALÍČKOVÁ, Hana. Návrh nástrojů pro zvýšení zapojení zaměstnanců do oblasti BOZP. Bakalářská práce. Ostrava, 2021. Vysoká škola báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava. Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zapojení zaměstnanců v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část řeší obecné legislativní požadavky a požadavky ISO 45001, motivaci a angažovanost pracovníků, principy lidského chování a analyzuje současnou problematiku zapojení zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní společnost a rozebírá současnou míru zapojení jejích zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP. Závěr práce se věnuje navržení konkrétních nástrojů, které povedou ke zvýšení zapojení zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP.

Faculty of Safety Engineering This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of employee involvement in the field of OHS in a selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the general legislative requirements and requirements of ISO 45001, motivation and engagement of employee, the principles of human behavior and analysis of current issues of employee involvement in health and safety. The practical part is focused on a specific company and discusses the current level of involvement of their employees in the field OHS. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the design of specific tools that will increase the participation of employees in the field of OHS.
