Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti

Abstract

V teoretické části se práce věnuje představení společnosti TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. a současně popisuje důležité pojmy jako jsou podnik a jeho okolí, konkurence a konkurenceschopnost, konkurenční prostředí, konkurenční výhoda. Dále charakterizuje pojmy PEST analýza, SWOT analýza a Porterova analýza pěti sil, které jsou stěžejní pro analýzu podniku v druhé části bakalářské práce. V praktické části se práce orientuje na popis současného stavu konkurenceschopnosti podniku právě na základě výše zmíněných analýz. Na závěr předkládá návrhy na udržení majoritního podílu na trhu a nabízí řešení pro snížení slabých stránek podniku.

In the theoretical part, the work deals with the introduction of the company TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. and at the same time describes important concepts such as the company and its surroundings, competition and competitiveness, competitive environment, competitive advantage. It also characterizes the terms PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter's analysis of the five forces, which are crucial for the analysis of the company in the second part of the bachelor's thesis. In the practical part, the work focuses on the description of the current state of competitiveness of the company on the basis of the above-mentioned analyzes. Finally, it presents proposals for maintaining a majority market share and offers solutions to reduce the company's weaknesses.
