Konverze zámku a zámeckého areálu Hrubčice na jezdecký areál

Abstract

Náplní diplomové práce je hledání nového využití pro zámek a zámecký areál. Původní pozdně renesanční zámek s barokními prvky byl v 50. letech 20. století přestavěn na bytové jednotky, což mělo za následek degradování architektury zámku a zničení historických interiéru. Zámecký park během pár století prošel mnoha změnami, kdy se původní francouzská přísně střižená úprava postupem času měnila na přírodně krajinářský park, který vlivem zanedbání péče nemá dnes žádnou kompozici. Cílem diplomové práce je snaha o navrácení funkce historické budově zámku včetně zkvalitnění a rozšíření parku v návaznosti na novostavbu stájí a jízdárny a přeměně parku na sportovně rekreační areál. Cílem bude vytvoření nejen ubytování pro náročnější návštěvníky zámku, s možností rekreace na koni, ale i vytvoření jednoduššího ubytování pro jezdce. Novostavba stájí s jízdárnou bude zasazena do nového urbanistického návrhu parku a propojena s parkem pro možnosti sportovní rekreace.

The content of the diploma thesis is to find a new use for the chateau and the chateau area. The original late renaissance chateau with baroque elements was rebuilt into residential units in the 1950s, which resulted in the degradation of the chateau's architecture and the destruction of the historic interior. The chateau park underwent many changes over the course of a few centuries, when the original French strictly cut arrangement was changed over time into a natural landscape park, which due to neglect of care has no composition today. The aim of the diploma thesis is to restore the function of the historic chateau building, including the improvement and expansion of the park in connection with the new construction of stables and riding hall and the transformation of the park into a sports and recreational area. The aim will be to create not only accommodation for more demanding visitors to the chateau, with the possibility of recreation on horseback, but also to create easier accommodation for riders. The new construction of stables with a riding school will be set in the new urban design of the park and connected to the park for sports recreation.
