Abstract

RYŠKA, Ondřej. Regenerace brownfieldu Karnola, Krnov: Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského inženýrství, 2021, s. 60. Vedoucí práce: Ing. arch. Dagmar Kutá, Ph.D., Paed. IGIP Bakalářská práce se zabývá funkčním využitím brownfieldu ve městě Krnov, analyzuje stávající poměry a požadavky jednotlivých funkčních celků vzniklých návrhem. Cílem práce je navržení nového využití průmyslového brownfieldu, které bude naplňovat potřeby občanů a současně odrážet limity dané lokality. Řešení bude vycházet ze stanovených zásad funkčních požadavků na provoz navřených částí objektu. Dále rozsah zpracování bude odpovídat územní studii v rámci revitalizace areálu jako celku. Z čehož budou některé objekty detailněji zpracovány. Výsledný návrh bude funkčně začleněn do urbanistické koncepce okolí včetně návrhu technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Zejména vyřešení problematiky parkování a pěší dostupnosti. V souladu se stávajícími limity území a územním plánem a jeho regulativy.

The aim of the work is to design a new use of industrial brownfield, which will meet the needs of citizens and at the same time reflect the limits of the site. The solution will be based on the established principles of functional requirements for the operation of the designed parts of the buildings. Furthermore, the scope of processing will correspond to the territorial study within the revitalization of the complex as a whole. From which some objects will be processed in more detail. The resulting design will be functionally integrated into the urban concept of the surroundings, including the design of technical and transport infrastructure. In particular, solving the issue of parking and walking distance. In accordance with the existing limits of the territory and the zoning plan and its regulations.
