Studium vlivu předúpravy povrchu na mechanické vlastnosti povlaku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv předúpravy povrchu na mechanické vlastnosti výsledného povlaku. Úvod práce definuje pojem nátěrové hmoty a vysvětluje jejich složení, značení a aplikaci. Práce se dále věnuje vzniku a druhům degradací nátěrů. Druhá část práce popisuje mechanickou a chemickou předúpravu základního materiálu. V praktické části práce se různě předupravené ocelové vzorky povlakují tepelně odolnou barvou používanou na krbové kamna a vložky. Závěrečná část práce se zaměřuje na měření tloušťky suché vrstvy a mechanické zkoušky povlaku, jako je mřížková zkouška a odtrhová zkouška přilnavosti. Vyhodnocení experimentálních prací je uvedeno v přehledných tabulkách a grafech.

This bachelor's thesis examines the effect of surface pretreatment on the mechanical properties of the resulting coated. The introduction of the thesis defines the concept of coatings and explains their composition, marking, and application. The thesis also deals with the formation and types of degradation of coatings. The second part of the thesis describes the mechanical and chemical pre-treatment of the basic material. In the practical part of the work, various pre-treated steel samples are coated with heat-resistant paint used on fireplace stoves and inserts. The final part of the thesis focuses on measuring the thickness of the dry layer and mechanical coated tests, such as the grid test and the tear-off adhesion test. Evaluation of experimental works is given in clear tables and graphs.
