Optimalizace systému řízení zakázek

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací systému řízení zakázek. Na začátku je úvod do projektového managementu a charakteristika společnosti PRUNIWERK a.s. Následuje analýza současného stavu podniku a jeho procesu řízení zakázek a výpočtu kritické cesty. Pomocí analýz byly nalezeny neúspěšné zakázky, které byly podrobeny podrobnějšímu zkoumání a byly identifikovány příčiny jejich neúspěchu. Na základě získaných informací byla navržena optimalizace procesu řízení zakázek. V závěru práce je provedeno shrnutí a zhodnocení práce s ohledem na její praktický přínos.

The diploma thesis main purpose is to deal with optimization of the order management system. At the beginning there is a project management introduction with a detailed description of the company PRUNIWERK a.s. Further down, it contains an analysis of a current state of the company and its process of managing orders with calculation of a critical path. Thanks to the analysis of the final success margin we were able to locate unsuccessful orders wich we analysed further to discover what went wrong. Based on the obtained informations, the optimization of the order management proces was proposed At the end, the reader will find a summary of benefits and evaluation of the whole thesis.
