Analýza procesu výroby výkonnostních štítků elektromotorů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou tvorby výkonnostních štítků pro elektromotory. Podklady pro vypracování této práce poskytla firma Siemens, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice. V úvodu jsem charakterizoval elektromotory a jejich dělení. Dále budu popisovat výrobu motorů a jejich komponentů v mohelnickém závodě. V dalších bodech popíšu výkonnostní štítky a jejich požadavky pro upevnění na zařízení, a také srovnány používané druhy, materiály, programy či technologie tisku. V praktické části navrhnu možné kroky, které by mohly vést ke sjednocení a zjednodušení výroby štítků, a dále pro snížení výrobních nákladů. Na závěr zhodnotím dosažené výsledky a doporučím vhodné řešení.

The bachelor’s thesis is dealing with analysis of the production process of performance labels for electric motors. The data for this work was provided by the company Siemens, s.r.o., plant electric motors Mohelnice. The introduction describes the electric motors and their division. I will also describe the production of electric engines and their components in the Mohelnice plant. In next steps I will define performance labels and their requirements for mounting on the device, as well as the types, materials, used software or printing technologies. In the practical part, I will suggest possible steps which could lead to the unification and simplification of the label production and for reducing production costs. In conclusion I will evaluate the achieved results and recommend a suitable solution.
