Dopady vybraných legislativních změn ve vodním zákoně na uživatele

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat ucelený přehled vlivu legislativních změn vodního zákona a souvisejících prováděcích předpisů na provozování studen, vrtů, žump, septiků a domovních čistíren. První část závěrečné práce je věnována vodnímu zákonu a souvisejícím předpisům se zaměřením na vybrané legislativní změny v poslední novele vodního zákona. V další části závěrečné práce jsou uvedeny orgány státní správy konající dohled nad dodržováním právních předpisů souvisejících s vodním hospodářstvím České republiky. V další části jsou jednotlivě rozebrány studny, vrty, žumpy, septiky a domovní čistírny v souvislosti s právní úpravou jejich výstavby a užívání a vyhodnocení nákladů na provoz v porovnání s výstavbou jednotlivých zařízení. V závěru této závěrečné práce je vyhodnocení stanovených cílů.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare a comprehensive overview of the impact of legislative changes to the Water Act and related implementing regulations on the operation of wells, boreholes, cesspools, septic tanks and domestic sewage treatment plants. The first part of the final thesis is devoted to the Water Act and related regulations with a focus on selected legislative changes in the latest amendment to the Water Act. The next part of the final thesis lists the state administration bodies supervising compliance with legal regulations related to water management in the Czech Republic. There are in the next part wells, boreholes, cesspools, septic tanks and domestic sewage treatment plants individually analyzed in connection with the legal regulation of their construction and use and evaluation of operating costs in comparison with the construction of individual facilities. At the end of this final work is the evaluation of the goals of the thesis.
