Zhodnocení odvodňování kalů pomoci šnekolisu

Abstract

Teoretická část této diplomové práce se věnuje obecnému postupu při čištění odpadních vod s následnou produkcí kalu. Je zde stručně popsán postup čištění odpadní vody od mechanické části čistírny až po biologickou. Dále jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé procesy při nakládání s kalem, jeho vznik, úprava, zahuštění, stabilizace a odvodnění. V poslední kapitole této části jsou popsány různé možnosti odvodňování kalů. Zde je i podrobněji popsán šnekolis, který je hlavní součástí této práce. V následující praktické části je popsána čistící linka odpadních vod Brušperk. Jsou zde popsána zařízení vyskytující se na čistírně, přes která postupně prochází odpadní voda až k závěrnému odvodnění a vzniku kalu o potřebné sušině. Je zde popsána také dekantační odstředivka, která byla nahrazena novým odvodňovacím šnekolisem. V této části jsou dále uvedeny hodnoty získané z odvodnění kalů pomocí odstředivky i šnekolisu a navzájem je porovnána účinnost odvodnění kalu. Z výsledků je provedeno zhodnocení nového odvodňovacího zařízení. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí všech dosažených výsledů.

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the general procedure in wastewater treatment with subsequent sludge production. The procedure of wastewater treatment from the mechanical part of the treatment plant to the biological one is briefly described here. Furthermore, the individual processes in sludge management, its formation, treatment, thickening, stabilization and dewatering are presented. The last chapter of this section describes various options for sludge dewatering. Here is a scree press described in more detail, which is the main part of this work. The following practical part describes the Brušperk wastewater treatment line. The equipment occurring at the treatment plant is described here, through which the wastewater gradually passes until the final dewatering and the formation of sludge with the required dry matter. A decanting centrifuge has also been described here, which has been replaced by a new dewatering a scree press. In this part, the values obtained from sludge dewatering using a centrifuge and a screw press are presented and the efficiency of sludge dewatering is compared with each other. The results are used to evaluate the new drainage equipment. A summary of all achieved results is given in the end.
