Význam a možnosti využití rovnokřídlého hmyzu (Orthoptera) pro hodnocení posthornické krajiny

Abstract

Rovnokřídlý hmyz je ve volné přírodě ČR relativně dobře prozkoumaným a známým taxonem, přesto vlivem antropogenní činností, v tomto případě těžby břidlice, na ekologii rovnokřídlého hmyzu se zabývala pouze malá hrstka autorů. Prvním cílem diplomové práce bylo definovat posthornickou krajinu jako takovou a popsat její vznik. Druhým cílem bylo prozkoumat zájmové území po těžbě břidlice, popsat jednotlivé faktory prostředí a zjistit druhy rovnokřídlého hmyzu, které sledované lokality obývají. Třetím cílem diplomové práce bylo najít závislosti mezi faktory prostředí a nalezenými druhy rovnokřídlého hmyzu. Na základě těchto závislostí určit, zda je rovnokřídlý hmyz vhodný jako bioindikátor určování faktorů prostředí. Je samozřejmé, že takovéto závěry nelze zevšeobecnit, ale lze jimi nastínit možnosti, které využití rovnokřídlého hmyzu jako bioindikátoru, nabízí. Vytvořené hypotézy by pak bylo vhodné ověřit dalším výzkumem na jiné lokalitě nebo provést průzkum na stejné lokalitě při splnění doporučení, které z práce vzejdou. Z krátkodobého pozorování nelze vytvořit celou metodiku využití rovnokřídlého hmyzu jako bioindikátoru faktoru prostředí, lze pouze definovat některé závislosti, které bude nutné ověřit rozsáhlejším výzkumem.

Cricket insects in the wild CR relatively well-studied taxon, nevertheless effect of human activities, in my case, slate mining activities on the ecology of insects Orthoptera dealt only a few authors. The first objective was to define the post-mining landscape and describe its origin. The second objective was to investigate the area of interest after shale mining, to describe individual environmental factors and to identify the species of cricket insects that inhabit the monitored localities. The third objective was to find the relationships between environmental factors and the found species of cricket insects, to determine based on these dependencies whether the cricket insects are suitable as a bioindicator for determining environmental factors. Of course, these results cannot be generalized, but they can outline the possibilities that the use of Orthoptera as a bioindicator is offering. The created hypotheses would be appropriate to verify by other research at another location or to conduct a survey at the same location in fulfilling the recommendations arising from the work. It is not possible to create a whole methodology of using to cricket insects as a bioindicator of environmental factor from the short-term observation, but is possible to define some dependencies, that will need to be verified by extensive research.
