RPC rozhraní pro přístup k datům v knihovně ImageJ2

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť a implementovať RPC rozhranie umožňujúce vzdialený pristúp a manipulácie s dátami vrámci knižnice ImageJ. Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá analýzou súčasných možnosti a výberom vhodného dátového formátu. Následne sa práca zaoberá výberom najvhodnejšieho spôsobu na definíciu rozhrania a prenos dát medzi klientskou a serverovou časťou. V druhej časti je popísaná samotná implementácia balíčka, ktorý poskytuje RPC rozhranie. Zároveň druhá časť obsahuje aj testovanie využiteľnosti a výkonnosti v existujúcich pluginoch pre aplikáciu FIJI.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to design and implement RPC inteface for remote access and manipulation with data in Imagej library. The first section of the thesis contains an analysis of current possibilities and the selection of a suitable data format. Subsequently, the work deals with the selection of the most suitable method for defining the interface and data transfer between the client and server. Second part of thesis describes implementation details of package, which provides RPC inteface. The second part also contains usability and performance testing in existing plugins for the FIJI application.
