Obsahom tejto diplomovej práce je vyhotovenie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby ubytovne. Projektová dokumentácia je spracovaná tak, aby spĺňala podmienky vyhlášky č. 405/2017 Sb. touto vyhláškou sa mení vyhláška č.499/2006 Sb. [2] o dokumentácií stavieb. Diplomová práca obsahuje technickú správu, výkresovú časť, statický výpočet konštrukcie schodiska, tepelno-technické posúdenie obálky budovy, energetický štítok.
Riešený objekt ubytovňa je čiastočne podpivničená budova, ktorá má 3 nadzemné podlažia. Základy ubytovne sú navrhnuté ako základové pásy. Nosný konštrukčný systém je stenový pozdĺžny, strop je montovaný od systému Porotherm [3]. Schodisko je monolitické železobetónové a strecha je jednoplášťová plochá strecha. | cs |

The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of the rooming house. The design documentation meets the conditions of Decree no. 405/2017 Sb. This Decree amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [2] on construction documentation. The master's thesis contains a technical report, design part, structural calculation of the staircase construction, thermal-technical assessment of the building perimeter, and energy label.
The rooming house has a partial basement and three floors. The foundations of the rooming house are designed as foundation strips. The supporting construction system is longitudinally walled, and the ceiling is assembled with the Porotherm system [3]. The monolithic staircase is made of reinforced concrete, and the roof is a single-skin flat roof. | en |
