Abstract

JURČO, Ľuboš. Bytový dom. Ostrava 2021. Diplomová práca, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra pozemního stavitelství. Vedúci diplomovej práce prof. Ing. Darja Kubečková, Ph.D. Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie stavebnej časti projektovej dokumentácie v stupni – dokumentácia pre realizáciu stavby. Bytový dom je navrhnutý ako murovaný, čiastočne podpivničený objekt so štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami. Stavba je zastrešená plochou strechou. Obsahom diplomovej práce je sprievodná správa a technická správa s výkresovou časťou. Súčasťou je aj tepelno-technické posúdenie obvodových konštrukcií, energetický štítok obálky budovy vypracovaný podľa ČSN 73 0540-2 [1], a statický návrh a posúdenie železobetónového prievlaku.

Darja Kubečková, Ph.D. The subject of this diploma is the elaboration of the construction part of the project documentation in the stage – documentation for the construction. Residential building is designed as a brick building, partially basement building with four floors. The building is covered with a flat roof. The content of the diploma thesis is an accompanying report and technical report with a drawing part. It also includes the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structores and the energy label of the building envelope prepared in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 [1], and static design and assessment of a reinforced concrete gutter.
