Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování projekčního návrhu 7 podlažního parkovacího domu s lékárnou v rozsahu pro stavební povolení, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy a statický výpočet schodiště v závislosti na celkovém řešené budovy. Statický posudek je zpracován pro železobetonové monolitické schodiště o dimenzi desky 170 mm. Skelet bude zpracován ze železobetonové monolitické konstrukce. Zvláštností objektu bude založení v hloubce v zastavěném území. Bude nutno využít tzv. milánských stěn pro hlubinné zakládání. Diplomová práce v rozsahu dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Součástí práce je tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek náročnosti budovy a statický výpočet s posouzením konstrukčního prvku schodiště. Textová část diplomové práce dosahuje obsahu 127 stran.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop a design proposal for a 7 storey parking house with a pharmacy in the range for a building permit, thermal assessment of external walls, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of stairs depending on the overall building. Static review is processed for reinforced concrete of molitic starirs with thickness 170 mm. The skeleton will be made of a reinforced concrete monolithic structure. A special feature of the building will be the foundation in depth in the built-up area. It will be necessary to use the so-called Milan walls for deep foundations. Part of the work is the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building's performance and static calculation with the assessment of structural element stairs.
