Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace novostavby kulturního centra v rozsahu dle přílohy č.12, vyhl. 405/2017 Sb. Rozsah a obsah projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Nosná část kulturního centra je tvořena příčnou skeletovou konstrukcí a její kombinací s dalšími nosnými konstrukcemi. Součástí práce je i studie bytového domu, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí podle ČSN 73 0540-2, energetický štítek obálky budovy podle ČSN 73 0540-2 a statický výpočet gravitační opěrné stěny.

The content of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the new building of the cultural center in the scope according to appendix no.12, ann. 405/2017 Sb. The scope and content of project documentation for construction. The supporting part of the cultural center consists of a transverse skeletal structure and its combination with other supporting structures. The work also includes a study of an apartment building, thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2, energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 and static calculation of the gravity retaining wall.
