V důsledku zvyšujícího se počtu a výskytu nových hrozeb, jež souvisí s postupnou modernizacích a zaváděním nových technologií, se stává kritická infrastruktura stále více zranitelnější. Aby bylo možné i nadále zachovat její funkčnost, je nezbytné, aby se její subjekty a ostatní vnější účastnící zaměřili na posilování její resilience. Z tohoto důvodu se diplomová práce zabývá možnými přístupy a metodami posilování resilience kritické infrastruktury. Teoretická část je věnována deskripci systému kritické infrastruktury, její resilience a železniční infrastruktury. Druhá část, analýza řešené problematiky se zaobírá analýzou aktuální bezpečnostních hrozeb ohrožující železniční infrastrukturu a analýza přístupů a metod posilování resilience. Poslední, nosnou částí práce je návrh využitelnosti nástrojů vhodných pro posilování jednotlivých determinantů resilience kritické infrastruktury vůči vybraným hrozbám.

Due to the increasing number and emergence of new threats associated with the gradual modernization and introduction of new technologies, critical infrastructure is becoming increasingly vulnerable. In order to maintain its functioning, it is essential that its actors and other external actors focus on strengthening its resilience. For this reason, the master thesis deals with possible approaches and methods of strengthening critical infrastructure resilience. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the critical infrastructure system, its resilience and railway infrastructure. The second part, the analysis of the issues addressed, deals with the analysis of current security threats threatening the railway infrastructure and the analysis of approaches and methods of strengthening resilience. The last, main part of the work is the design of the usability of tools suitable for strengthening the individual determinants of critical infrastructure resilience to selected threats.
