| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje současný stav kontaminace hasičských zásahových oděvů po zásahu, skladování hasičských oděvů a jejich čištění. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na měření odpařujících se látek ze zásahového oděvu hasiče po požáru, prostupnost zplodin hoření hasičskou kuklou a analýzu látek vyskytujících se na požářišti. Analytickou metodou pro měření je plynová chromatografie s hmotnostní spektrometrií. Analýzy odpařených látek ze vzorků byly analyzovány zlatým PDMS a fialovým DVB SPME vláknem. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis describes the current state of contamination of firefighting clothing after the intervention, storage of firefighting clothing and their cleaning. The practical part of the work focuses on the measurement of evaporating substances from the firefighter's emergency clothing after the fire, the permeability of combustion products through the fire hood and the analysis of substances occurring at the fire scene. The analytical method for measurement is gas chromatography with mass spectrometry. Analyzes of vapors from samples were analyzed with gold PDMS and purple DVB SPME fiber. | en |
